I ask just to get a feel of when to expect the optimum time to receive answers. While anyone in any time zone can possibly answer a question, my guess is that the chances of an answer are increased during the time that has the most people on line.

I could have asked by continent and country but continents can have multiple time zones and there are only so many options i could put down for countries.

UTC+2 is mine (No DST correction). For those in DST areas, I think quoting the timezones without DST is probably best. Given only 10 options I have tried to sort of bucket them in a way that almost makes sense.
