I updated via yum update fromkernel 2.16 to 2.17. I had a feeling my wireless wouldn't work after the update, so I pre downloaded ndiswrapper and kmod-ndiswrapper. I uninstalled the old version of ndiswrapper after the update and reinstalled the new rpm's I just got from livna. However, I am able to install the driver and when I do ndiswrapper -l, it says driver present and hardware pressent.

However, I get stuck after that. I go to add the device in system-config-network. The click new, wireless, and then I select the ndiswrapper one. After that, system-config-network just freezes! I can't proceed any further.

help please.
