Help with Audio Card

I was just wondering. If fedora does not detect the card, how can I make it detect it? Any advice? If it helps you I am using the default card.

Normaly it should run out of the box.
But some cards are not supportet in ALSA (=Linux Sound System). Look for infos on: http://www.alsa-project.org/alsa-doc/ Serch there for your card.
