Help! - fault at EIP...

I have burned the 5CD disks for my PC. I restart my system, put the disk in and it asks if I want graphical or text instilation.
I have tryed both, and whichever one I choose I get this message:

'corrupt or fault at EIP 00000060 c0100231 000(not sure of the rest I think it was 20)'

Any ideas whats going on?

Fixed with the acpi thing but now my disks keep failing, I even burnt it at a slower speed to see if I had burned to fast.
