I read almost all the articles on this forum regarding Ati cards.
My drivers are installed but I have no 3D support. Can I get some help ?

This fellow's notes have been invaluable to me...

the 8.25 drivers are no good on a lot of video cards. Many people have had problems with them. I'd suggest getting the 8.24 kmod-fglrx from livna.

I've used the http://stanton-finley.net/fedora_co...tion_notes.html but they didn't work
Soif I uninstall the 8.25 version and then install the 8.24 kmod ..... I'll have 3d support ?

yeah you should be good to go after that. just make sure that you're getting the correct packages you need from livna's site (that they correspond to your kernel and architecture) I'd suggest downloading the 8.24 kmod-fglrx and then installing it via yum localinstall so it gets the xorg-x11-drv as a dependecy. or you could download both packages and install them manually. but yeah... reverting back to 8.24 seemed to work just fine. *note that they do not have the 8.24 drivers for kernel 2133, only up to 2122 which is what im using until ATI releases their new driver (they claim it's coming this month). so check what kernel you're running first.
