Hello, I have an externall hdd i want to use in windows, linux and mac, I have found that only fat32 is supported by all, but using windows I can do a max 30g partition, and I do not want to do 10 partitions of 30g, how can I do a 300g partition?

Use gparted, qtparted, parted, mkfs ...
It's only windows that doesn't allow you to create such a partition - with linux tools there's no problem.
