here's my problem so far and i cant figure out. i'm kinda new with this whole thing so i was hoping someone could help me out. i'm obviously having internet problems. my box gets an ip address and everything and i start firefox and my homepage comes up, no problems. however after i go to two websites, the internet stops working. i've tried different cables and all that but nothing. i'm dual booting with windows xp and the internet works fine in that, it's just somethings up with fedora. if anyone has any ideas, lemme know. many thanks in advance.

Hi ,
I seem to have similar problem. I also have dual boot with windows XP. Here's the interesting part: a while ago I had internet installed only on my Fedora 5 system and it worked perfectly. Then I installed XP system on second HD and it worked on XP but stopped working on Fedora 5. Since I haven't changed any setting on F5, I'm fairly confident that XP is somehow messing up something.

Anybody has any ideas what could it be?
