Here is the message that has just been posted:

so you are using fc5 and still want to use apache 2.0 so you are getting it from
a unoffical repo.
check for the downloaded file in ~/Desktop, /tmp, and ~.
If all of that fails, try usig wget :
$ cd /tmp
$ wget http://someurl/path/to/MyFile-0.10.1.tar.gz
$ md5sum file
----

But when I click the link there is no msg as told in the email ?!
I searched in the posts of the Skunk Worx but there is no such msg ?!
Is it an indexing problem of fedoraforum server ?
