please help me with usb memory

i have a 128 mb usb memory..
i worked ok until i changed the label of it from a windows installed computer.
now it detects 2 usb memory when i plugged my memory disk.
but both could not connect to the disk.
where is the config file for the removable disks?
how can i fix this problem?

cat /etc/mtab
mount
cat /proc/partitions
