FC5 & EVMS

hi

anyone any experience installing FC5 onto a clean 2 HDD system and then setting up EVMS ?

i've read most of the EVMS docs but just wondered if anyone had done it and if there were any tips, pointers or warnings ?

am also thinking of doing this, but never used it before.

Do you know if you can install fc5 on an evms raid-1 setup 'out-of-the-box'?

So far I know, EVMS is not included in the FC5 installer.
Why not just use LVM2 it works great. You will be able to setup FC5 with raid and LVM2 out of the box.

good suggestion. This is probably what I will end up doing.

that's what i ended up doing

all that recompiling the kernel and setting up initrds looked a bit much for me :rolleyes:
