Has anyone gotten a Samsung TH-552B dvd writer to write DVDs with the cdrecord command? If so, what options did you use?
I have a Windows machine and a Linux machine with this model DVD writer in them. With the same brand of blanks used in each, only the Windows machine (using software called "Sonic") is able to write a data DVD. The Linux machine using cdrecord does write my *.iso file to the disk, but neither the Linux machine nor the Windows machine recognizes the file format of that disk after it is written. The Linux machine has no trouble writing data Cds.
