Cursor Slows to a Crawl

Hi everyone
Yesterday, I installed FC5. After a few minutes of use, the cursor slows to a crawl and moves in big, random leaps.

I have an ATI card (generic X drivers), Logitech Wireless USB mouse, etc (I don't know what else to provide..) and I am running KDE (GDM though..). THe problem presists in both Gnome and KDE. Even when I restart X, the problem continues. The only way I can "fix" it right now is by rebooting. Then, after a few minutes, it all starts over again.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

How much ram do you have?

I have 1.5GB of ram, 1GB swap. I don't think its a performance issue because when I operate with the keyboard, everything is pretty snappy.
