I have installed ndiswrapper, wpa supplicant.
I can do a iwconfig and I get this back:
Warning: Driver for device wlan0 has been compiled with version 19
of Wireless Extension, while this program supports up to version 17.
Some things may be broken...
wlan0 IEEE 802.11g ESSID:off/any
Mode:Managed Frequency:2.462 GHz Access Point: 00:00:00:00:00:00
Bit Rate:54 Mb/s Tx-Power:25 dBm
RTS thr:2347 B Fragment thr:2346 B
Encryption key:off
Power Management:off
Link Quality:0 Signal level:0 Noise level:0
Rx invalid nwid:0 Rx invalid crypt:0 Rx invalid frag:0
Tx excessive retries:0 Invalid misc:0 Missed beacon:0
I don't have the WLAN option to just go add a connection in the "GUI" Network Configuration.
If I do a iwlist wlan0 scan and I show my wireless SSID's.
But not sure how to get it configured now, I am using WPA/TKIP
